My parents are too strict. They try to control all of my activities which is really boring to me. What about you?

As usual, parents are strict on their children's activities. The same had happened to me.
How strict were my parents to me?
1. I could not eat junk food.Â
2. I could not stay at friend's home at night.
3. I could not watch TV alone.
4. My phone was under tracking by a software.
5. I could use my phone for a limited time.
And many more............
